The mind/body connection is innate in each and every individual to heal itself and stay in optimal health.

The steps of your healing process starts with:

Awareness and Current Reality; Acceptance; Gratitude; Direction/Visioning and Motivation.

From what I have experienced and learned from Bodywork I desire to share with others.  "Possibilities" abound and you can receive your healing.

A little bit about me:

I am blessed with a wonderful family and dear friends!

During my life's journey to date, I have had wonderful experiences and have met amazing people.  I have always been active in sports, travel and playing in general.  I graduated from CSU Long Beach, CA (Athletic Scholarship, Women's Volleyball Team, Team Captain; Bachelor of Arts Degree, Physical Education; Certified Outdoor Studies and a member of the United States Volleyball Association). Outdoor activities are my favorite and I enjoy participating in team sports.

For the past 20+ years I have been teaching skiing and am currently balancing both teaching skiing during the winter seasons at Beaver Creek Resort in beautiful Colorado and providing Massage Therapy. But for the most part, I am privileged to have the opportunity to serve and massage the wonderful residents at Saddlebrooke Ranch Community located in Oracle, Arizona. My hearts desire for many years has been to be a massage therapist and help touch lives. To touch - through - touch;  those seeking relief and rest, help athletes to perform better and recover from injuries as well as facilitating each person via massage, live a fuller, prosperous, pain free life. For health is true prosperity!

Whether you are an athlete or one of many who live stressful or painful lives, bodywork/massage will aid in your healing process.  Choose to live fuller productive and prosperous purposeful lives.  Choose Massage Now and schedule your appointment by calling (970) 409-9187 or booking online at:
